We offer various group dental plans to meet your
employees' needs. Through MAMSI Life and Health Insurance Company
(MLH), you can choose from Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) or
indemnity dental coverage or choose the Dental Discount Program
provided through Alliance PPO, LLC (Alliance). Click below for more

Alliance Dental Discount Program
(Groups with two or more employees) - Members may
receive dental services from the dentist of their choice. Available
in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, West Virginia,
Pennsylvania, Delaware and North Carolina through MAMSI Life and
Health Insurance Company (MLH). Our indemnity dental plans require
no employer contribution. For more information, select from the menu

(Groups with two or more employees) - Members are
encouraged to receive dental services from a preferred dentist and
have the advantage of negotiated fees, but may receive services from
any dentist. There are no waiting periods for any dental services.
Available in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia only through
MLH. Our PPO dental plans require no employer contribution. For more

This program is offered to both groups and
individuals enrolled in one of our health plans. Group enrollment
requires 100 percent participation of all MAMSI health plan
enrollees. Members receive a discount on dental services received
from participating dentists and specialists. There are no claim
forms, deductibles, waiting periods or contract year maximums. It
combines a fee schedule and a percentage discount for all services
not on the fee schedule. Available in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and
Virginia only through Alliance PPO, LLC. For more information,
